This summer has been among the busiest we have ever had.  We are currently completely booked!  We may get a cancellation or two, but for the most part we are full.  We are now booking for August and later.  If you have a need for a unit, you can still be placed on our waiting list and we will gladly contact you in the event that something should open up.

Wow, we are starting to get busy around here.  We have 7 units opening in May and already have 5 of them PRE-LEASED.  If you are thinking about moving this summer or fall, it is not too early to pre-lease your unit.

I had a Tenant ask the other day if they could plant a few vegetables in the planting area by the laundromat.  I told them that would be fine.  I then got to wondering if more people would like to do that.  If I had enough interest, I could even plow up a larger area.  So, if you are interested, let me know and I will make room for your very own garden!  Thanks, Jim

We have been busy replacing appliances.  We are finally done replacing all the lovely green and brown appliances.  All of our tenants can now enjoy their white appliances.  We have also completed replacing all of the windows.  It took a bit to get the last few, but they are now all done.  Enjoy!!

We have a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse available for lease in May.  It was built in 2001.  It offers a deck, garage with opener, laundry room, master suite with private bath and walk in closet.

It leases for $1050 per month and includes cable tv and wifi internet.

For our current tenants, often times it will be more efficient to leave your maintenance request online rather than calling.  However, we will take care of your needs either way.
