DEPOSIT AGREEMENT / HOLD APARTMENT AGREEMENT

NOTICE: IF FILLING THIS OUT PLEASE BE SURE TO HAVE ALSO FILLED OUT AN APPLICATION

This agreement between RIORDAN PROPERTIES LLC. Acting as the lessor for Western Hills Apartments, and the undersigned name as a potential lessee hereby agree to the following:

Potential Lessee shall place a sum of $200.00 as a security for Lessor to hold an apartment for Lessee.  Potential Lessee understands that the $200.00 shall only be refundable should Lessor deny Lessee’s application for rental.

Should Lessee change their mind, Lessor may keep Potential Lessee’s deposit.

Lessor shall apply Potential Lessee’s deposit toward the security deposit and/or move in expense of potential lease agreement with Lessor.

After signing lease, Lessor shall refund Lessee’s deposit in accordance with Potential Lessee’s signed lease.

This form is only valid after the deposit and application fee have been received and the application is approved and availability has been confirmed.  You may pay your fees by credit card (Call our office) or by mailing it to : Western Hills Apartments, 1140 Western Hills Drive, Evansville, IN 47720
