We offer 12-month leases starting at $420.00 per month. That includes the trash, 72-channels of Cable TV and WIFI internet.   There is a $20 application fee, charged only should you decide to take the apartment.  The Tenant pays for the Water and Sewer.  Monthly fee is based off of the prior years usage times the current rate.  It is updated every January.  The 2012 monthly fee for water and sewer is $15 per month.

There is a $100.00 security deposit on all units (assuming a good credit background). You may choose to place a $200.00 deposit on an apartment to guarantee its availability. The $200 will go towards your move in expense.  We allow de-clawed and neutered cats, for an additional $100 non-refundable deposit and an additional $10.00 per month per cat.

Coming West on Lloyd Expressway, take the North Barker Exit. Stay on Barker thru the stop sign and then go left at the T (Mt. Vernon Ave.). Go right at the 4 way stop onto Harmony Way. You will go 3/4 mile and then take a left on Rodenburg. Go to the stop sign and take another left on Western Hills, and we are located at the end of the street.
